Although very difficult to read, this borderless vintage 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" appears to be inscribed "To Charles Howland / With Best Regards / Irene Rich" Unfortunately the background is dark and provides very poor contrast for the inscription. Most of the inscription can be read if held at the right angle and in good light. The photo is also signed "Irene Rich" on the reverse side in what doesn't appear to be her handwriting (based on comparison to her signature on item 18). Price: $ 45
