Ben Lyon (1901-1979) After a year on stage, Ben began his movie career at age 18. During the 1920's Ben played in many silents and early talkies. In "Hell's Angels"(1930) he piloted his own plane in some of the airborne scenes. He married Bebe Daniels in 1930 and they moved to England where they became very popular in Vaudville and radio. Ben is the father of actor Richard Lyon. |
